Age 25 to 35 years
Accounting Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting systems like Tally Prime / Tally ERP-9, QuickBooks, or corporate ERP software.
Advanced MS Office Skills: Exceptional commands over MS Excel (for formulas, data analysis, and VLOOKUPs) and MS Word (for writing audit reports).

Job Context: Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance as Junior Executive (Internal Audit).
Job Responsibilities:
Check all kinds of daily requisition, challan, bill, gate pass & goods inwards and outwards-related documents.·
Provide adequate support to implement standard practices to protect the company`s interest and ensure the safeguarding of company assets.
Conduct on site visits and submit financial and non-financial audit report based on based on audit observations.
Ensure all audit findings are resolved by the concerned department.
Check and physical visit to the supplier`s bill.
Check and verify the stock (Half Yearly/Yearly basis).
Check and verify the salary sheet monthly basis.
Check and verify the Provident Fund (monthly contribution, loan payment & final settlement).
Check daily transaction like received, payment, sales, and purchase.
Perform any other assignment as assigned by the management in time to time.
